Université jeune et dynamique, l’Université du Québec à Rimouski (UQAR) offre des formations variées aux trois cycles universitaires, incluant des formations uniques au Canada et en Amérique du Nord. General information
UQAR is a young and dynamic university that offers a variety of undergraduate and graduate research and teaching programs including unique training fields in Canada and North America. UQAR stands out with its three main areas of research, Marine Sciences, Regional Development and Nordicity as well as for its expertise in Engineering, Science Management and Ethics.
UQAR is a comprehensive French-Language institution of higher education with two campuses on the south shore of the St. Lawrence River, one in Rimouski, the other in Lévis, which offer students from abroad and exceptional environment that allows for an easy integration to Quebec culture.
Know for its small class sizes, UQAR welcomes some 5,700 students every year, with 300 of whom are international students from over 30 countries.
